Colorado sprinter/hurdler Jaron Thomas is the Buffaloes' male recipient of the 2016-17 Tom Hansen Medal. Thomas was a Pac-12 finalist in the 110-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles all four years as a Buff, while serving as SAAC co-president in 2016 and 2017.
