Sophomore Season (2016-17)

Made the most of his sophomore season by upping his scoring average by nearly five points per game from freshman season while tripling his rebounding output… Led UA in field goal percentage for the season at 57.1 percent… Led the team in dunks, nearly doubling the second-place Wildcat… Tallied first career double-double in win at Stanford (Jan. 1, 2017) with 13 points and 10 rebounds… Recorded the first seven double-digit scoring games of his career during sophomore season, led by his career best of 14 points against New Mexico (Dec. 20, 2016)… Made first career start in place of an injured Dusan Ristic in UA’s victory at Washington (Feb. 18, 2017) finishing the game with 13 points, seven rebounds and a pair of blocks… One of his eight Wildcats to shoot greater than 70.0 percent from the foul line on the season, connecting on an impressive 73.0 percent of his free throws from his center position… Eclipsed his scoring and rebounding totals of freshman season in just eight games in his sophomore season.

Freshman Season (2015-16)

Appeared in 23 games as a true freshman… Averaged 1.9 points and 1.6 rebounds in 6.0 minutes of action… Grabbed season/career best 10 rebounds in 13 minutes in his team’s win over Missouri (12-13-2015)… Came on strong towards the end of the season with season-high six points versus Oregon (3-11-2016) in the Pac-12 Tournament with three rebounds and a block… Tallied three points, two rebounds and a block in four minutes of action against Colorado (3-10-2016) in Pac-12 Tournament… Scored both of his baskets during comeback at Utah (2-27-2016) on All-American Jakob Poeltl to go with his two rebounds and two blocks… Grabbed five rebounds against NAU (12-16-2015) to go with his six points in the game following his 10-rebound performance.
